Well, I think that's subjective ... but it is likely that a perceived "lack of good character." Sorry, but in 45 years, I've never been arrested ... ... or my husband or my brothers or sisters or their spouses. In fact, I do not think think I can someone I know personally and who has ever arrested name. My inclination would be to wait for 5 years.
