Do football programs(highschool and college) really fund themselves in addition to the other sports programs? - football programs
My friend did not mind me saying that most of the football (soccer) programs in the United States cost taxpayers money, said revenue generated by the program fully funded and often put other forms of financing sport.

He is right, in a sense. Our tax money to finance their stadiums. So technically the football clubs do not cost taxpayers' money
